Sharing the love

share the maroc-o-phile loveI am always grateful to my readers, fellow bloggers and anyone else who takes the time to contact me, comment on the website or propose we meet up for a nouss-nouss coffee in Essaouira. I really appreciate your input and your enthusiasm for my adopted hometown and I have made some good friends through this website. I have also been fortunate to be interviewed on TV in Morocco.

It’s also gratifying to know that other travellers have found maroc-o phile.com a useful resource. And I am always pleased to see my name in print or online in relation to my work – either by another blogger or on another website.

So, in the spirit of sharing the love, here is a list of the mentions, name-drops and shouts out. If I didn’t see your credit or I missed an article, please drop me a line or add it to the comments.  Thanks everyone!

    Dear Lynn,
I am a partner in a new restaurant in Essaouira. It is called La Mama and it is located at Place chrib atay El khaima derb laalouje. There is live music, a book exchange, and many other cultural activities. As we are a new business, I was wondering if you would be interested in doing a restaurant review for your magazine.

    Please let me know.

    Thanks,

Hi Liz, congrats on the new restaurant! I’m not in Essaouira at the moment, but I expect to be back in Spring and would be happy to pop by to sample what you have on offer and see how I could incorporate a review either into my blog and/or other publications.
I will get in touch when I’m in town.
      Lynn
